|1924.3||Keizo Yamamoto started business at a shop in Tsukiji, Tokyo.|
|1934.2||It was converted to a joint-stock corporation.|
The company was renamed Yamamoto Kogyo Co., Ltd.
Because imports were halted at the start of World War II,
a factory was established in Koganei for the production of
precise tools. Osaka and Nagoya Offices were established.
